The holidays are a hard time for many people as they are alone without family or they are grieving the loss of a loved one who isn’t here to share the holiday with them. It is well known that suicide rates skyrocket during the holidays. Calvary Chapel wants to be a part of the solution and to share the love of Jesus with the people in our communities who may have nowhere else to go.
On Christmas Day from 1:00pm – 3:00pm we serve a complete Christmas dinner with turkey, ham and all the fixings at Libbey Park in Ojai.
We rely on volunteers to bring parts of the meal to share with our neighbors and friends, and to help serve our guests.
If you are able to provide part of the meal or to volunteer you can sign up online at:
For those who would like to help financially provide for this meal you can help by donating so we can purchase any extras that are needed. If you choose to help in this way go to:

Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon. – Isaiah 58:10
